ERP Manager
Roles:
Plan, organize and monitor all ERP projects implemented in order to ensure the projects implementation are in line with the required standard and delivered within the agreed budget and time frame.
Prepare and control yearly ERP software and consultation budgets to ensure that the actual costs do not exceed the agreed budgets.
Making timely, effective decision at the project level and communicating those decisions both up and down the program structure, while approaching needed decisions in a logical and thoughful manner and weighing conflicting information.
Coordinate the development of business solutions innovations and enhancements to meet the XL’s business requirements
Manage existing and new functionality and request from user to improve the system work efficiencies and effectiveness
Develop, train, appraise, and motivate subordinates and ERP members to derive optimal performance
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree (S1) from Electrical/ Information Technology / Computer Engineering with min.10 years experience in ERP applications field, especially SAP application with various SAP cross modules (SD, MM, FI, CO, PS, PM, HR, CRM, BW, Basis, etc).
Strong experience in managing ERP system end-to-end (with various cross modules), starting from managing and monitoring system application performance; dealing with complaint handling from business users and problem solving for any bug fixing and/or program defect occur in Production system; gather and develop business requirements.
Have experience with system/process integration between SAP to other business application systems.
Ability to gather and document complex business requirements.
Good experience and knowledge of SAP security and control, and handling segregation of duties.
Advance skill and knowledge of SAP ECC6 cross module (Logistic, Finance, HR) and SAP NetWeaver technology (Portal, CRM, PI, BW, etc).
General knowledge in IT architecture – hardware, software, servers, network, OS, etc.
Project Management skill
Functional and Technical knowledge of ERP application
System interface knowledge and concept
SAP authorizaton objects knwoledge and concept
